Processing and transit

Orders shipping within the United States normally require 1–2 business days for processing before leaving our facility. Transit is then estimated at 3–5 business days; this estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Rates, tracking, and delivery issues

Available shipping services and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete delivery address, email address, and telephone number. Tracking is sent or updated when the carrier makes it available.

Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, address corrections, and delivery restrictions may cause delays. For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged shipment, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and photos when damage is involved. Some destinations or product types may be restricted.
